George G. Triantis

George Triantis is the Eli Goldston Professor at Harvard Law School, and was previously the Perre Bowen Professor of Law at the University of Virginia and the Seymour Logan Professor at the University of Chicago. He teaches contracts, commercial law and bankruptcy, and has published in these areas. His current projects concern the techniques and process of innovative contracting, with particular focus on the link between contract design and litigation.
