Jovan E. Howe

Jovan Howe graduated at the University of Washington. In 1971/72 he had a Fullbright Fellowship (1 year in Finland, 5 months in Russia, with research trips to the Ukraine, Georgia and Abkhazia). From 1985 to 1993, he lived and worked in Finland and Russia, except for parts of 1986, 1987 and 1988, when he lectured and taught in the United States. Since 1993 he has lived in The Netherlands. He died in 2002.
