Agustín Fernández Paz (Vilalba, Lugo, 29 May 1947-Vigo, Pontevedra, 12 July 2016) was a Spanish writer in the Galician language. After taking a degree in Education Sciences, he worked as a teacher of Primary Education. He won the the National Prize for Children's and Young People's Literature in 2008.
