Pete McCracken

Pete McCracken owns and runs Crack Press and plazmfonts, subsidiaries of McCracken International, Inc., in Portland Oregon. Crack Press is a letterpress and silkscreen print studio specializing in creating one of kind artwork and design for editorial, advertising and personal enjoyment for Wieden and Kennedy, PICA, Nike, ZIBA design, BBH/New York, artists Jim Riswold and Peter Wegner, and bands Helio Sequence and Menomena . Plazmfonts is a type foundry that has created custom brand and typeface design for Nike, Starbucks, Adidas, MTV, Dr. Martens, Doug Fir Lounge and Yakuza restaurant. He also teaches at the Pacific Northwest College of Art and sings in The West. And loves to get lost in the Green Mountains. –LAB magazine
