Artist's book in celebration of a stellar friendship, constructed in the form of a "star book", composed of eight unfolding petal pages, decorated with sticker, sequin, charm, button, fabric, inkstamp, and foam stars. A single line of text, printed word-by-word or phrase by phrase in blue ink on small white cloud-shaped labels affixed to the pages, unfolds as the pages are turned. When the covers are placed front to back, the book opens into the shape of an 8-pointed star. Bound in blue boards, decorated on upper cover with a gold shooting star charm and cloud label with title "Star Book"; in matching blue board clamshell box, decorated with an 8-pointed gold star and cloud label.
