Allegorical Latin poems on the use and abuse of wealth.
Signatures: A-G⁴.
Second half of the title within an ornamental border.
Engraved title vignette and 25 copperplates by Jan Wierix. Cf. Brunet.
Wierix's monogram appears on plate 2.
Christophe Plantin printed the text and Philip Galle printed the engravings. Five hundred copies were printed, half for Plantin and half for Galle.
LC copy lacks final blank leaf. Leaf B2 repaired with no loss of text.
