Katomyomachia et Schédè tou muos, deux pièces peu connues d'un auteur majeur du XIIe siècle byzantin, Théodore Prodrome, sont ici pour la première fois traduites en français, et étudiées selon une double approche, littéraire et philosophique. Katomyomachia and Schédè tou muos, two little known works by a major author of the Byzantine twelfth century, Theodore Prodromos, are here for the first time translated into French, and studied in a literary and philosophical approach. This analysis highlights the expression of "free" thought centered in particular on the founding concepts of Christianity. Under the guise of plays, Theodore Prodromos deals with essential questions related to the politico-religious actuality of his time, which result in fertile theological debates.
