Illustrated with 6 full-page woodcuts by Christoffel van Sichem, representing the 4 Evangelists, the Apostle Paulus, and the Pentacost, further 18 full-page woodcuts, (16 after Dürer) by the same artist representing illustrations to the Apocalypse; the beginning of each book is decorated by an arched Byzantine ornament.
