The monograph presents a generalized experience of the phenomenon image research. An analysis of the image of the personality and image of a specialist in the social and cultural sphere was carried out. The question of possible negative influence of image on the person is considered. An attempt was made to understand the problem of the destructive image of social and cultural workers.
