Contiene una investigación basada sólo en documentos del comunismo internacional y del Partido Comunista de Chile. Se revelan las acciones comunistas para penetrar y debilitar ideológicamente entre 1962 y 1969 a los partidos del centro político chileno: la Demócracia Cristiana y el Partido Radical, lo que permitió la elección del presidente Salvador Allende en 1970. El libro fue concebido como una alerta del significado del movimiento comunista, su filosofía, historia, tácticas y métodos de acción. La desclasificación de documentos de la Internacional Comunista (Komintern) realizada desde 1992 por Rusia respaldo sólidamente lo dicho en este libro sobre la magnitud de la red mundial del comunismo, como la describió el autor.

Written a year after the military coup in Chile (1973), this book analyzes and describes what it was, then, the international communist movement directed from the Soviet Union until the fall of the European dictatorships of this sign (1989). Contains an investigation based only on documents of international communism and the Communist Party of Chile. Actions are revealed to penetrate and weaken communist ideologically between 1962 and 1969 to Chilean political centrist parties: the Christian Democrats and the Radical Party, which allowed the election of President Salvador Allende in 1970. The book was conceived as a warning of the meaning of the communist movement, its philosophy, history, tactics and methods of action. The declassification of documents of the Communist International (Comintern), held since 1992 by Russia strongly support what is said in this book about the magnitude of the global network of communism, as described by the author.
