'The complete O.T. translated by N. Bambas and others ... The translation was finished in 1836 ... Parts of this version were printed [and issued separately, in 1831-1838] before the complete book appeared' (D. & M.).
In addition to Bambas, D. & M. at no. 4976 mention E. de Tipaldo, N. Ioannides, H.D. Leeves, and I. Lowndes as working on at least part of this translation.
The transcription of the title-page is a transliteration from Greek.
