Vol. 1 includes an historical account by Sman-ri Rdo-rje-rgyal-po of private medicine practices, and an account of the British incursion into Rgyal-rtse, etc. Vol. 2 includes historical studies of local monasteries and a biographical account of the various Pan-chen lama reincarnations (p.11-98).
