In v.2, on recto of last leaf: Extremam manu imposuit huic Logico organo Aristotelis Dominus Iohannes Riolanus Vir non mediocriter versatus tum in Phia. tum in Arithmetica ... foeliciter & bonis auspicijs vigesima Sexta Die Mensis Iulij 1569.
