Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: 12 long lines; border-ruled.
Script: Naskh in black ink; fully vocalized.
Decoration: Polychrome (red, blue, pink, orange, black, green, yellow, white) and gold illuminated headpiece (f. 2v). Textblock border-rules in red, gold, black, blue; page opening frame-ruled in black. Rubrications in red with gold and blue highlights. Gold roundels with red and blue dots mark verse endings. Surah titles in red on gold background with polychrome edge decorations. Polychrome and gold medallions in the margins.
Shelfmark: MS Or 106.
Origin: No date of copy, though the donation note is dated Rajab 1284 (October-November 1867) (f. 2r). Possibly copied in Iran.
Customs stamps dated 1312 (1894-95) (f. 1r, 10v).
