Layout: Chiefly 15 lines in two colums, with some single lines centered; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed, vocalized.
Decoration: Polychrome and gold headpiece (f. 1v) with a gold floral and geometric pattern marginal fill over the page-opening (f. 1v-2r); textblock border-ruled in gold; columns and lines also ruled in gold; floral finispiece in gold (f. 31r); rubrications in red.
Origin: Copy completed by ʻAbd Allāh al-Wahbī (f. 31r); possibly 17th century.
Added supplication on the verso of the last page bears the date 1054 A.H. (1644 CE) within the text (f. 31v).
