The exhibition Clay Today is a tribute to the five ceramicists who in 1994 are behind the establishment of CLAY Ceramics Museum: Betty Engholm, Nina Hole, Niels Huang, Birgit Krogh and Peter Tybjerg. The exhibition focuses on Nina Hole (1941-2016) with her beautiful, fragile and yet strong sculptures of houses, ships, chests and creatures in large and small formats. Peter Tybjerg (b. 1944) with his powerful vases and jars with interpretations of landscapes and weather, Birgit Krogh (b. 1937) with her rhythmic, fabled tales of fate between play and seriousness. Niels Huang (b. 1943) with ceramic works that show a lifelong fascination with mathematical thinking, the technically challenging and poetically whimsical, while Betty Engholm (b. 1933) with man as the central focal point stretches her work into monumental sculptures in a strong and graphic design language. Exhibition: CLAY Keramikmuseet, Middelfart, Denmark (17.11.2019-03.05.2020).

Exhibition: CLAY Keramikmuseet, Middelfart, Denmark (17.11.2019-03.05.2020).
