This bibliography contains information on legal literature published in Estonia
in 2008, and also on works published abroad which concern Estonia or have been
written by Estonian authors. Theses by the graduates of the law faculties of the
University of Tartu and the Academy Nord are included.
Monographs and main articles in periodicals or collections are included, but
one can’t find newspaper articles and individual texts of laws published in periodicals
from this bibliography. Publications not available for examination are described using
other bibliographical sources and it is possible that some publications published
abroad are not registered.
The material in this bibliography is arranged in a systematic classification
which consists of 27 main sections. The entries in each section are arranged
alphabetically. The entries duplicated in various sections begin with a dot (•). The title
of the résumé is at the end of the entry in italics. If there is electronic version on the
web, link to fulltext is attached. The bibliography also contains a contents, name
index and index of headings. All the entries have been entered into a database, using
the bibliographical software package ProCite 5.
