Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy H.41.8 FOLIO with title page signature of Nath. Parkhurst. From the collection of Thomas Prince with his ownership inscription on t. p. verso: "T. Prince Ipswich March 11. 1714/15", together with the letterpress bookplate of the South-Church-Library, later completed in manuscript with the date of Prince's last will and testament, "given by said Prince in his last will Oct. 2, 1758, for the use of their ministry forever." An earlier inscription at the top of page is defaced with ink, and the number 1075 present in pencil. On front free endpaper is bookplate of the BPL Thomas Prince Library. Flyleaf following with inked shelf mark 7.1.5, and inscription "my dere lade bok ...". Inked marginalia on 2F6, 3A6 verso, 3H2 verso, 4B1; inked correction of catchword on 4C7verso.

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy H.41.8 FOLIO with 2 pastedown endleaves from a large medieval manuscript codex containing Isidore of Seville's Etymologiae.
