Anonymously published biographies of Saint Giacomo della Marca and Saint Francsico Solano who had just been canonized by Pope Benedict VIII. Saint Francsco Solano was a Franciscan priest and missionary who worked in Peru and in what is now northwestern Argentina and Paraguay, and also served as the guardian of the Franciscan friary in LIma.
"Erster Theil. Das Leben, und Wunderwerck dess H. Jacobi con Marchia, Ord. S. Francisci Regul. Observant. Fast durch das gantze Europa Gewessten Päbstl. Nuntii und Buss-Predigers", p. [21-24], 1st count, and p. 1-12 [i.e. 60], 2nd count, has divisional title page.
"Anderter Theil. Leben, Tod, und Wunderwerck dess so genannten peruanisch- und tucumanischen Apostels in West-Indien S. Francisci Solani", p. [1-6], 4th count, and p. 1-73, 5th count, has divisional title page.

Includes two folded plates: the first precedes the title page and is entitled "S. Iacobus de Marchia Ord. Min. S. Franc. Reg. Observ. Plur. Regn. ac Provinc. in Europa nuntius apostolicus" and the second precedes the divisional title "Anderter Theil. Leben, Tod, und Wunderwerck dess so genannten peruanisch- und tucumanischen Apostels in West-Indien S. Francisci Solani", p. [1-6], 4th count, and p. 1-73, 5th count, entitled , S. Franciscus Solanus Ord. Min. S. Franc. Reg. Obs. Regn. Peruviani, et Tucuman. in America apostolus", which depicts Saint Francisco Solano baptizing a native Peruvian, with a map of South America, part of Mexico and the West Indies, and part of Africa.
Text primarily in German with some passages in Latin.
