28 plates are engraved by Audran after designs by Philippe d'Orléans, the last plate "Petits pieds" is unsigned.

The four head-pieces at the beginning of each book are by Cochin.

The plates are the same as the ones used in the 1718 edition. Another edition also published in 1745 with only 8 plates appears to be a reedition of the one published by Coustelier in 1731. Cf. Cohen-De Ricchi.
