This book was prepared specifically in line with the launch of the Education Development Master Plan (PIPP) 2006-2010 which was launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia on 16 Jan 2006. Under the PIPP, the human capital development program is the second most important thrust aimed at enhancing the capacity and mastery of knowledge , foster students to have skills, skills and discipline. To succeed, of course, this role needs to be shouldered by educators, namely teachers and lecturers.
