Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound by Charles-Francʹois Cape in green morocco with the arms of Achille Seilliere on both covers. The bookplate of Charles Butler is present on the front pastedown and the autograph of John Burns, dated Jan. 29, 1923, is present on the verso of the front flyleaf opposite the title page.
