Includes two sonnets and canção in Portuguese on p. 3-8.

Also contains references to the 1778 Treaty of El Pardo, which was signed on March 11, 1778 between Queen Maria I of Portugal and King Charles III of Spain, and settled the matter of disputed territoreis between Spain and Portugal in South America.
