This collection contains photocopies ofcorrespondence (1937-1943) between Ruth Ronner (née Baumgart) and her parents, English translations thereof, and 2 family photographs dating roughly to 1921 and 1926. The correspondence from the parents describes conditions in Breslau (Wrocaw) and the elder Baumgarts' attempts to secure passage out of Germany. There is also postcard sent from Theresienstadt, dated 1943 and signed by the mother. The translations may have been done by Ronner herself.
