An edition of What a wonderful Universe! (1985)

What a wonderful Universe!

  • 1 Want to read

The book contains 3 chapters describing the microcosm, the macrocosm and a "terra incognita" giving links to the knowledge of the universe in the Indian lore quoting verses from the scriptures etc. Say for eg. he says "...it suddenly reminds me of the zero and infinity...." and quotes a verse describing infinity. The third chapter takes us into depths of knowledge in the form of arguments of a mathematician and a philosopher. The author is a President Award winner as a Sanskrit pandit and also a mathematician. This description is written by me off hand when is not readily available with me. This is a small book worth reading by elite and learned people.
