The English cabinets represented are those of the Lords Montague, Bessbourough, Devonshire, Marlbourough Portland, Northumberland, Grey, Exeter, Radnor, Clanbrassil, Warwick, Leeds, Newnham. The gentry are represented by Armytage, Hope, Robinson, Dundaso, Dr. Chauncey, John Tomlinson, P. Snell, Jr., Matthew Duane, Dr. Fothergill, Carlisle, P.C. Webb, Seymour, Stanley and Fitzhugh.

Library's c. 1 in 3 volumes; this version has an English title-page, but the preliminary matter is in French.
