In 8vo (cm. 20.1); cop. original rigid throughout Editorial cloth green, wet suit, jacket more color illustrations, with titles to the plate and the spine, pp. 375, (5). With 16 pages illustrated in color on glossy paper out of text + 31 maps of the areas of production and cheese boards, on coated paper in the text.
