Only known copy of the 2nd printing. Vargas Ugarte describes the first printing, apparently issued in 1656. Unfortunately the copy he saw in the Mercedarian Convent in Cuzco, "único tal vez," lacks title page and is also missing several leaves at the end: Impresos peruanos, 504. Medina, on the other hand, lists the first printing as a 1657 imprint, but does not appear to have himself seen a copy thereof: Lima, 376.
