Gavrov Sergei (Sergey) Nazipovich was born in 1964 in the city of Gorky (USSR). Doctor of Philosophy, cultural studies, political scientist. Senior Research Fellow sector sociocultural processes and systems of the Russian Institute for Cultural Research. Professor of Sociology and Social Anthropology MGUDT.
