The items found were a number of mobile phones and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, a mobile phone battery charger, a miniature digital camera that connects to mobile phones, and a miniature ratchet device ... Preliminary inquiries by Commission officers indicated that a correctional officer, Cale David Urosevic, may have been involved ...
