590 $aJohn Carter Brown Library copy bound in contemporary sheep. In v.1, gathering ²a (p.[i]-iij, 2nd count; [1], 2nd count) bound following leaf a4 of gathering a, but catchwords on leaves a4 verso and ²a2 verso establish correct sequence as stated in the physical description area and in the signatures note. Also, gathering chi is bound at the end of v.3, following leaf 4O1 (p. 658) and preceding the blank leaf 4O2, and Feugère reports the same arrangement in the copy seen by him; however, the direction line on leaf chi1 recto clearly reads: Tome I., and hence this gathering is included in the physical description area (p. [i]-iv, 3rd count, at end of volume) and in the note on signatures as part of v.1.
