Colophon (leaf u8 ([upsilon]8) recto): Egraphe en enetiais en oikeia Aldou tou manoutiou.
Signatures (in Greek characters): a-h́ı íœ k-ńı o-úı.
Four-part historiated woodcut border on leaf a3 recto, repeated on leaf k1 recto; woodcut headpiece and initial at beginning of each psalm and canticle.
Heading of each psalm and canticle and first letter of each verse are red-printed.
In some copies, the first line of text on leaf i1 ([iota]1) recto has been omitted by the printer but is added in contemporary manuscript. In other copies, the first two and a half lines of i1 ([iota]1) recto have been reset so as to supply the missing text. The first line of text on leaf r1 ([rho]1) recto is also sometimes omitted, but sometimes found supplied in manuscript. Cf. BM 15th cent.

Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early leather (sheep or goat) panelled and tooled in blind. The spine is ruled in blind with a paper label. Both hinges are of medieval manuscript waste. Two early inscriptions are present on the front pastedown. The first reads "Fata vehunt acta". The second inscription reads: "hunc psalmas libri e[x] bibliotheca Greogorij Haleandij [illegible] coemptum d[o]mo accepi a[c] Casparo Bunnano[?] Lipsiae[?] anno M.D. xxxvij. [...]". Early marginalia, in various hands, is present throughout. In this copy, the missing line at the head of i1 ([iota]1) recto is supplied in early manuscript. Neither p8 ([pi]8) verso nor r1 ([rho]1) recto are missing lines of printed text. Ink transfer/offsetting from a different text showing Latin letters in an italic font is present on leaves o1 ([omicron]1) recto, p8 ([pi]8) verso, and r1 ([rho]1) recto.
