"Escusa sunt quingenti exemplaria numerata.

"Libellus hic compositus typisque excusus est ... die xxx mensis novembris A.D. MCMLVI. Excusa sunt quingenti exemplaira numerata.

Edited anonymously by Ezra Pound.

This work, of doubtful authorship, has been ascribed to Palladius (author of the Historia lausiaca) and described as a free trannslation of his De gentibus Indiae et Bragmanibus, which is also of doubtful authorship; it should be noted that the De moribus Brachmanorum is addressed to a Palladius.

Bibliography states: "Edited anonymously by Ezra Pound."
