A series of 103 engravings, designed and executed by Pieter van der Borcht, representing scenes from the life of Christ, virtues and vices, the commandments, the sacraments, etc., each with a heading and a short explanatory text underneath. The work is a pictorial album intended to accompany Canisius's Parvus catechismus, and Canisius himself seems to have had nothing to do with it. Cf.
