The facsimiles, printed on both sides are numbered 1a, 1b etc. to 181b representing the rectos and versos of the leaves of the manuscript; [182a] verso blank.

The manuscript, a palimpsest was discovered in the monastery of St. Catharine in 1892 by Mrs. Agnes Smith Lewis.
