Lyons counterfeit reprint of the 1515 ed. of Aldus.
On recto of leaf preceding the title page is the anchor of Aldus, on verso of this leaf is the order of signatures (a-s) and the subscription: Venetiis in aedibvs Aldi, et Andreae soceri mense Ivlio, followed by the date 1538 in ms., this date covered by a slip correcting it to 1515.
On verso of title page is the letter of Aldus to M.A. Maurocenus.
At head of leaf 2, recto: M. Annei Lvcani Civilis belli liber primvs.
On title page in ms.: Petri de Montmaur.
