Edition Notes
An interlinear edition of the Greek and the Vulgate Latin version of the N.T.; where the Vulgate differs from the Greek, it is printed in the margin, and the version of Arias Montanus is printed, in italics, in the text. According to Reuss, the Greek text differs from that published by Plantin in only 11 places. An interlinear Greek and Latin edition of the O.T. Apocrypha is included; the Latin is the interlinear Latin version printed in the Complutensian Polyglot. Reuss cites Masch as saying that this edition was edited by Martin Geier and other Saxon theologians (and expresses surprise that Protestant theologians should republish a Catholic form of the text).
