This edition builds on the 18 images of an open collection of visual poetry by Gregorio Berchenko and Guillermo Deisler first published by Deisler's Ediciones Mimbre in 1972, and is based on the files in Deisler's archives left in Chile and then reintegrated with those from his life in exile. Rivera-Scott's booklet is a general introduction to the history of the work, and an exploration of the symbolism of each image.
