"PINTURAS Y PINTORES DEL PERU" is the first biographical teatrise about the plastic artist of the peruvian painting published in Peru.
It contents 400 intern pages with 140 full colour illustrations, 960 painters and 111 facsimils of the principal artist signatures.
The book was elaborated for the author after a patient and carful development of the filing cards compiled for his father in the named "Archivo Luis Felipe Tello Nuñez", actually in the library of the Museo de Arte de Lima (MALI).
