“The Forsyth County school system says it removed eight books from its school libraries in January [2022] […] on Aug. 15 [2022] the district said seven of the titles would be kept, but only in high schools. One was to be removed from all library shelves: “All Boys Aren’t Blue,” a memoir about growing up Black and queer.”
