Printed on antique laid papers with (extremely faint) vertical chainlines and horizontal wire lines. Title page includes annotations and markings in pencil hand and black ink script, along with embossed stamp of the Boston Public Library. Recto of leaf A1 includes annotations in pencil script regarding date of receipt of copy. Leaf A2 includes autograph in black ink script.Rear pastedown includes ink stamp of the Boston Public Library Bindery dated "MAR 17 1908". Front cover detached from binding.
