NYC cult-cartoonist M. WARTELLA (Village Voice, MAD) has been drawing
professionally since age ten, contributing artwork to dozens of
publications including Interview, SPIN and VICE, as well as Topp's
Wacky Packages and animated TV programs including Wonder Showzen and
Superjail!
More than just a collection of his alt-weekly newspaper comics from
the 90s and beyond (many of which have never been reprinted before),
this deluxe coffee table book is Wartella's personal memoir recounting
the journey to follow his childhood dream of becoming a cartoonist.
