In this book, Human Rights have been considered historically, analytically and ethically. What guidance is available from Islamic side has also been incorporated. UN has played its novel role in declaring and defining the human rights and is making every effort to protect them justly. The soul of all dissent is denial of some right or not fulifilling some obligation. This may be due to mere misunderstanding or real misunderstanding or in between the two. Hence, declaration and well identification of human rights is but natural necessity. Where there is a right, there must be a corresponding duty to fulfil or pay that right otherwise it will be a self deceit with no useful purpose. This is true at individual, collective and intellectual level.
