Se trata de un libro con fórmulas contractuales y otros documentos, dedicado a los hogares y comerciantes o empresarios de poco giro, que sin tener gran caudal de contrataciones, deben conocer el marco jurídico en cual diariamente deben desenvolverse, para vivir o cumplir sus actividades.
Hubo gran empeño de los autores, por tratar de abarcar el mayor número de situaciones posibles, de un modo simple y accesible a todos.
Agregaron un glosario jurídico, para que se pueda comprender el verdadero significado de muchas de las palabras utilizadas.
Entregan también tres tipos de índices distintos, para facilitar el acceso a sus modelos y un resumen de bibliografía, para quienes desean profundizar algún tema.
