The 13 engraved illustrations, by Matthaeus Greuter, are full page, and comprise portraits of Henry IV and Marie de Médicis, a view of the gallery, and ten views of triumphal arches decorated to draw parallels between the deeds of Henry and Hercules. The illustrations are printed as plates, though all but two of them are included in the paging.
Errors in paging: nos. 187-188 and 205-206 repeated.
