jiaqing wilson-yang is a mixed race trans woman living in Toronto. Her debut novel, Small Beauty (Metonymy, 2016), won a Lambda Literary Award for Best Transgender Fiction. Her writing has appeared in Room magazine and the anthology Letters Lived: Radical Reflections, Revolutionary Paths.
A founding member of the Burnt Oak Records collective, she plays bass and vox in LOST UNIT, drummed for Sissyfist, and frequently toured with Richard Laviolette.
