He has conducted end-user training sessions on OS/2 for major corporations, and is a leading participant in IBM's OS/2 user groups. He contributed the REXX chapter to Dvorak's Guide to OS/2 2.1, and is a contributing editor to Bits and PC's, the Madison, Wisconsin PC user group's newsletter.
