Carmen DeCristo is an American photographer. DeCristo grew up in North Carolina and currently resides in New York. She publishes a quarterly zine titled “American Girl Doll”, documenting her life as a trans woman in the USA.
DeCristo’s work has been exhibited at Fire Island Biennial, the Museum of Fine Arts in Tallahassee, Greenville Museum of Art in North Carolina, La MaMa Galleria in East Village, New York, Silvermine Art Center in New Canaan, Connecticut, Millennium Film Gallery in Brooklyn, among others.
