Lal Bahadur Varma

After his history degrees in India, La Bahadur Varma went to in Paris in 1967. He stayed in Paris up to 1971 where he studied in Sorbonne under the direction of Raymond Aron. His history doctorate thesis : "Les préjugés en histoire" obtained the mark "honorable", almost the best one.
His experience of May 68, his life in Paris 'seventies highly influenced him, his choices, his life and the career he did as a university history teacher. Along with his teaching he wrote and translated many books. He also organizes meetings and congress.
