Wm. Hovey Smith

Wm. Hovey Smith is a Professional Geologist and the author of 13 books (as of 2009) and hundreds of newspaper and magazine articles. Although born in Central Georgia, he worked and traveled throughout North America. Since the 1970s he has written for many publications mainly about outdoor subjects, particularly guns, hunting, crossbows, knives and bowfishing. His present book in press is "Backyard Deer Hunting: Converting deer to dinner for pennies per pound" which will be released in July by Author House.
